badmonsham is Jumpin' In The Rain

Florida’s badmonsham is one of the strongest newcomers of 2020. His latest record “Jumpin’ In The Rain”, which debuted on Daily Chiefers, showcases his captivating lyricism and strong vocal abilities. This record rightfully lacks boundaries as it has influences of Country, Hip-Hop, and R&B. Making it a record that can be consumed by anyone regardless of musical preference.

Co-Written and produced by Jake Herring and Tyler Genius, this is a truly refreshing track, as sham gives us a look into his personal life. I believe that is one of the main reasons I was so taken by this record. He has an inviting atmosphere and aura about him, that will turn any first-time listener into a fan.

The visual, directed by Alex Hall, is a prime example of “less is more”. It takes place in what seems to be a photo studio, and features sham performing in slow motion. It compliments the soundscape of the record perfectly. You’ll immediately be entranced by the smooth and hypnotizing groove of the visuals.

badmonsham is an artist to keep an eye and ear on. His potential is endless, and with “Jumpin’ In The Rain” having garnered a lot of attention over the past month. I can only imagine his newer records will be just as good, if not better.
