Camoufly is One with "The Giant"
It’s been nearly half a year since Apotheosis was released, a triumphant project for the founder of the “kawaii bounce”. Returning with new sounds and an enlightened spirit, Camoufly’s newest project The Giant can be described as summer 2021’s last desire, a beautiful await for a well worth it elevating experience.
Debuting the lead single “Pyramid” in early August, listeners got a taste of the direction Camoufly would aim for his next project. His classic fusion of sounds and signature Camoufly melodic progressions were all on display on the track, and raised much anticipation for his next project.
Onward to end of August, and Camoufly delivers The Giant, a 5 track project that speaks for itself. The continuity in Camoufly’s production is well apparent, with each song attracting different emotions and sounding vibrancies. “Million Years” takes listeners to a magical headspace, embarking on delicacies and infatuating memories. While songs such as “Possibilities” use the sounds from the harp blended with fetching vocal melodies, for an overall animating adventure.
The term “consistency is key” is used in all scenarios, but for artist Camoufly it’s become a tool to elevate his artistry and name. Officially checking off his second project off the books, it seems like he’s gotten into the swing of things when it comes to exceeding expectations and delivering music that appeals to all.
