Brokeasf, Who He Is and What You Need To Know

In the era of rejuvenated gangster music, Brokeasf is an individual you want to know. The Florida native has been making waves on Soundcloud and Instagram for about a year now dropping consistent loosies and song snippets leading up to a more than incredible youtube break out. Brokeasf is a rapper, he raps his ass off, no line in his songs are wasted. He has a unique style reminiscent to that of the midwest with Florida energy and Chicago drill, it’s a combination that seems globally familiar yet very tasteful and distinguishable when it comes from him.

His breakout track Comments has pushed him to the top earning him 1.3M plays on Spotify and 735k views on Youtube in a matter of two months. The lyrics on this track are incredible; it reminds me of Shotta Flow just well put together and thought out. The video directed by Montanashotya is all shot within one house with two people in total, and with lasers swinging around in the dark the video never loses the momentum. Cappd Out  is the same he mixes storytelling, boastful imagery, and confidence. The reason for his authenticity is that he has found a formula by cutting the extra fat in detail and giving his fans gritty straight to the point lines causes you to fall in love with the track as a whole rather than certain parts within it.

Fortunately, if you’re a Brokeasf fan, you’ve got a lot to look forward to. There’s an album coming soon. He’s only 17 but Brokeasf has the swag and the bars to become a staple on major playlists.
