Buffalo New York is home to many dope rappers and producers, and Che Noir is the next rising lyricist to take the rap game by storm. She's a 26-year-old rapper, producer, songwriter, and extremely talented individual who has been grinding in the underground music scene for quite some time. The latest video released by Che Noir is a fiery self produced track titled “Divine Knowledge” which suits it very well, because every bar is a gem! The track is just short of three minutes and is laced with stank face-inducing punchlines, metaphors, and fierce wordplay - reminiscent of early 90’s hip hop & battle rap. Seconds after hitting play, one can tell she's a seasoned emcee, and even states in a bar proudly “I ain't no rookie rap chick!” with the bars to back up that statement.

It's always a breath of fresh air watching music videos that focus more on the artist rapping and telling their story, opposed to relying on glitz and glamour to sell views. The “Divine Knowledge” video succeeds in capturing the true essence of Chè Noir’s lyrics and charisma in a simplistic but effective way. Slightly reminiscent of a video one would see on the classic rap show “Video Music Box”, this is a modern version of a classic rap video. If you read through the YouTube comments as well she's already being compared to rap legends such as Beanie Sigel and Biggie Smalls, which is probably the best thing to hear if you're an upcoming rapper.

Ché Noir is definitely paving a solid lane for her to succeed in the rap game, already collaborating with the likes of Benny The Butcher and Black Thought of The Roots off her latest project “As God Intended”. Stay tuned to see what's next for her and her journey, and make sure you check out her music as well on all platforms!
