Replay value may be the most sought after trait in today’s music biome. With millions of songs being released each week, it can be hard to stick with the same songs as the culture continues to push forward. Artists deal with this challenge on a daily basis and look inwards as they search for new ways to keep their music relevant. This can be the harsh reality for artists in the streaming era, but just isn't the case for Jonah Zed.

Showing close to no social presence on the internet, Jonah lets the music talk for him. With only three releases under his belt, Jonah shows a promising future in music.

His most recent single “Moonshot” might even be his strongest record so far. Tapping into his Rap and R&B roots, Zed creates a late night soundscape that can place well with a long drive or even find its way on a video game montage. However you choose to see it, we can all agree that he has dropped yet another quality single.

Am I surprised? No.

Every song that he’s released is good from the start and manages to grow on you even more by each listen. Whether its his sticky melodies or tranquil voice, the man from Toronto is something special. With the release of this new song also came a special album teaser on his IG slated for August. If its anything like his singles, we are sure in for a treat.
