Hudi Showcases Unique Hip-Hop Style on Latest Track “Brand New!”

If Hudi isn’t on your radar, he is now! With Hudi bringing us a unique alternative rap sound on his latest track “Brand New!,” I had to make sure to share this single. It’s clear that Hudi comes from a production background as the way this piece was perfectly curated shows extra attention to detail. Primarily keeping his music to himself and experimenting since a teen on GarageBand, he’s now been sharing his music and garnering a fan base with hit singles such as “WOODCHUCK!” and “Rain” amounting to millions of streams on Spotify.

I’ve said it before, but once again, a quality I love to see in an artist is a truly unique sound. When you hear a Hudi track, you know it’s him. While it’s clear that he’s taken inspiration from role models such as 50 Cent, Missy Elliot, and Timbaland, he’s channeled them into a personalized style. His influence comes from true hip-hop, bringing a modern spin to classic 2000s style. On the recent release “Brand New!,” all of these elements come together for a fresh new sound.
